We want you to love your Petunia Pickle Bottom gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately after your request is submitted.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unused items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring the package is properly sealed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
